What type of cleaning service do you provide?

We offer 3 types of cleaning: A deep clean (Gold) plus extras which we highly recommend if your house has not been deep cleaned for 6 months. A standard (Silver) clean or a light clean (Bronze). We can adapt the service for your individual requirements.

Do you offer move in/move out cleans, and end of tenancy cleans?

Yes this is our Gold service plus extras of your choice (please see our category for the list of extras)

What is your list of extras?

Our extras include cleaning of fridge, oven, microwave, interior and exterior windows, cornices, baseboard/skirtings, paintwork, degrease tops of kitchen wall units, interior cupboards and draws, cleaning of stainless steel, light switches and door handles, lights, blinds, ironing (1hr) professional carpet cleaning and sanitising.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, however other methods are available upon request.

How do I amend or cancel my booking?

Please call us 24 hours prior to the clean to amend date and time of the clean. Please don't worry if you want to amend your booking we are amenable. If you wish to cancel please give 24 hours notice

Do you supply all the materials and equipment?

Yes and we use high quality products also we can supply Enviro low enviromental impact products these are available upon request. All our products are risk assessed and only products with the new version of the 2016 label eliments are used. We ensure that all risk assessments are implemented for our products.
